Jordon and Eric Schoenecker were blessed with a property where their dreams could grow into anything they wanted.
Jordon loves planting and Eric loves cooking, so a fresh garden was a must. They loved the thought of educating their community and providing fresh produce while setting a healthy example for their children.
Jordon and Eric love anything outdoors! They love going on nature walks, spending time in the water, and enjoying 4-wheeler rides. Jordon is an MRI, CT, and X-Ray Technologist, working all over Kansas, and Eric works for Garber Surveying Service where he drafts surveys locally and across Kansas.
Schoeville produce is chemical free. Jordon makes her own organic seed starting mix and monitors everything that goes into the produce all the way to your plate. They are trying to make a biodiverse garden that fends for itself with beneficial insects, and provides plenty of nutrients in the soil to give your body the vitamins you need from consuming your produce. “We want our children to live full long lives. We also want them to learn to work with nature, not against it.”
They sell a spring salad mix with beautiful edible flowers, many tomato, and pepper varieties, ranging from deep dark purple to bright yellow, and red/yellow in-between. They want planting to be fun so they grow intriguing produce to look at that is also high in nutrients(especially the purple ones!) They also grow microgreens for a dainty addition to any meal that packs a punch with nutrition!
