The Hare family consists of Ray, Christy, Emily, and Jacob.
The Hare’s have been providing fresh food in their garden for many years. When their daughter, Emily, started an FFA project that involved growing and selling vegetables at the farmers market, they decided it was a great fit for their family and they decided to keep it going beyond the project.
The family enjoys gardening together and hanging out with their chickens. Emily and Jacob both play in the school band as well.
Hare’s Produce offers lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, peppers, cucumbers, and green beans. They stand behind their veggies and strive to sell you the best food they have to offer. If you aren’t happy with something you got from them, just let them know.
Hare’s can be found at the Reno County Farmers Market on Saturdays and most Wednesdays before school starts.
